1to1 is committed to improving accessibility and to abide by all requirements of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act which establishes standards that accommodate Ontarians with disabilities in both public and private sectors and provides for goods and services to members of the public.  1to1 Rehab is committed to service delivery of client care, reducing barriers for access to service and facilitating service to address client needs and goals with appropriate accommodations.

1to1 Rehab complies with standards outlined in the Accessibility Standards for Customer Service Guide (Ontario Regulation 429/07) under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA) and makes accommodations for clients to support quality service.  Training will be provided to all employees, volunteers, agents and/or contractors who deal with the public or other third parties that act on the company’s behalf, including those who are involved in the approval of client service policies and procedures.

1to1 Rehab shall provide clients and their caregivers with the opportunity to provide feedback on any service provided. Feedback forms along with alternate methods of providing feedback such as verbally (in person or by telephone) or written (handwritten, delivered, website or email) will be available upon request. The privacy of clients will be respected. Contact information for clients who provide feedback will be kept confidential. Completed forms will be stored in a secure location with limited access. Any clients that provide feedback will receive acknowledgement of their feedback, along with any resulting actions based on complaints or concerns that were submitted.
